I really like all of the shine on it, it really gives the feel of "electric type" here. The design is extremely creative and the background really makes everything pop out. The way you made Pikachu and Minun's faces with a more "chibi" feel adds to the creativeness, too. The shading was done really well, and since there was only a small shading around the edges of the characters, it kind of shows how bright this would be in real life. All in all, this was VERY VERY VERY well done, I can only imagine the amount of effort this would take.
