i finished my essay on Dobson v. dobson case revolving around tort liability suit against mothers for prenatal negligence....so its about if a child can sue the mother for the damages done while the kid was a fetus...like a car accident causing you to have physical disabilities....

the answer is...no you can't!
but you can sue a third party...like doctors! mwuaha
